Use your head and follow your heart.
I help people relax, become less anxious and depressed, and learn to be more flexible and centered.
We might use meditation, breath work, and sometimes simple yoga asanas to help you calm down.
Learn to connect with yourself and with others.

Some questions about how we'll work.
1. Should I bring my yoga mat?
A mat is not usually necessary.
2. Do I need to be flexible and able to twist around in unusual positions?
Actually, we'll probably focus more on straightening things out--but mental and emotional flexiblity are just as important as the physical.
3. I can't stand on my head.
We want to keep your feet planted firmly on the ground, but we'll turn some old assumptions upside down and get a new look at them.
4. How do we do that?
We'll talk. We'll find old patterns that don't work as well as they used to, and find ones that do, affirming the positive.
5. Do we meditate?
We might. I'll teach you, if you don't know how and you want to learn. Meditation and relaxation techniques offer healing, and can help you awaken and manifest healthy life choices.
